Project: Brentwood Lots 18R & 2R
1. Provide setback information on a separate sheet or letter, noting the distance
between the rear of the existing building and the proposed 73.5' private
access easement. (Staff needs to ensure that the existing Credit Union
building does not encroach into the proposed access easement.)
2. Remove the City Planner" from the title of the City Engineer's certification.
3. Modify the title block to read "Replat" not "Resubdivision Plat".
4. Clarify the proposed 73.5' private access easement to include the proposed
parking. (For example, "73.5' Wide Private Access & Parking Easement". Or,
provide a general note explaining the purpose of this easement.)

SUBJECT: Brentwood Subdivision Lots 18R & 2R, B/ k 2 - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. You will notice that
comment number three requests that the title of this final plat be changed to "replat".
This is in an effort to make sure that our final plats meet the same designation/title as in
the State Statute.
Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday,
February 7, 2000, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 17, 2000, 7:00 p.m. in the City
Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.
