SUBJECT: Edelweiss Business Center Lots 1 & Z Block 2 - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information by Monday, January 31, 10:00 a.m.
to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled
for February 17, 2000, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas
Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

SUBJECT: Edelweiss Business Center Lot 3, Block 2 - Final Plat
Upon further staff review the above-mentioned final plat was determined to be a minor
plat and will not proceed to the Planning & Zoning Commission. One item was
discovered during the review and needs to be addressed prior to submitting the Mylar.
Please address the following item:
Remove the 15' Landscape Buffer and Homeowner's Association
Easement (the preliminary plat does not show it on this lot).
Please submit the following for filing of the final plat at the Brazos County Courthouse:
One (1) copy of the revised final plat;
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

1. No Comment.
This appears to be eligible for Minor Plat status. No infrastructure is required other than
what might be needed for site plan approval. The buffer was taken off the plat. A
buffer may still be required at the site plan stage.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional
changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely
