Agricultural zoning classification and often end up becoming commercial or retail space
adjacent to new private homes. This parcel is one of those corners; however, this
zoning application proposes a change to A-P, Administrative-Professional, and will
construct a higher use of office space with less traffic, noise and light than the
commercial or retail scenario. The addition of quality office space housing a department of

adjacent residential area and church. It will be occupied by a stable workforce of
federal office workers with no noise or law enforcement issues.
