SUBJECT: FIRST AMERICAN ATM MACHINE (SP) - Site Plan
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page
is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information for further
staff review and approval of the plans:
Four (4) revised site and landscaping plans.
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan,
please attach a letter explaining the details. If you have any questions or need
additional information, please call me at 764-3570.

RE: First American ATM Machine (Northgate) - Site Plan review
Bridgette:
I received the City of College Station plan review comments for the First American ATM
project we submitted and have the following responses:
Planning:
1. See the attached revised plan for compliance.
2. See the attached revised plan for compliance.
3. See the attached revised plan for compliance.
4. See the attached revised plan for compliance.
5. See the attached revised plan for compliance.
Electrical
1. The general contractor will comply per specification Section 01000, 1.17.
2. We will send the site plan via email per your request.
3. The expected total electrical load is about 20 amps. The exact load will be
confirmed with the canopy manufacturer.
4. A temporary easement does not appear to be required. See #5 below.
5. The electrical service is already on the project site through an existing underground
conduit. No new easement or other separate electrical connection is expected to
need to be made.

STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 2
Project: FIRST AMERICAN ATM MACHINE (SP)-SITE PLAN (02-039)
PLANNING
1. On the vicinity map, please show the parking lot in relation to College Main
and Church.
2. In the title block, please identify the location of the ATM as 308 Church.
3. Please identify the property as the City of College Station Patricia Street
Parking Lot.
4. Please use a City of College Station paving and curbing standard.
5. Please add a note to the site plan stating that the color will be approved as
per the decision of the Project Review Committee before a Certificate of
Completion will be issued.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design.
2. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000i version of plat and/or site plan.

4. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction
purposes.
5. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for
electric lines.

explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans
that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
