The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review and approval of the plans: Four (4) revised site and landscaping plans. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. See the attached revised plan for compliance. 2. See the attached revised plan for compliance. 3. See the attached revised plan for compliance. 4. See the attached revised plan for compliance. 5. See the attached revised plan for compliance. Electrical 1. The general contractor will comply per specification Section 01000, 1.17. 2. We will send the site plan via email per your request. 3. The expected total electrical load is about 20 amps. The exact load will be confirmed with the canopy manufacturer. 4. A temporary easement does not appear to be required. See #5 below. 5. The electrical service is already on the project site through an existing underground conduit. No new easement or other separate electrical connection is expected to need to be made. On the vicinity map, please show the parking lot in relation to College Main and Church. 2. In the title block, please identify the location of the ATM as 308 Church. 3. Please identify the property as the City of College Station Patricia Street Parking Lot. 4. Please use a City of College Station paving and curbing standard. 5. Please add a note to the site plan stating that the color will be approved as per the decision of the Project Review Committee before a Certificate of Completion will be issued. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes. 5. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines.
