Ltd., Via fax 512-478-5678 FROM: Bridgette George, Assistant Development Manager SUBJECT: WESTFIELD ADDITION PH 2 (PP) - Preliminary Plat Staff reviewed the above-mentioned preliminary plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, March 11, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for March 21, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised preliminary plat; and, One (1) Mylar original of the revised preliminary plat. One (1) copy of the digital file of the preliminary plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 764-3570. If this Pre-plat is to include additional property, please place heavy border around property and include signature block for owner. Show services to be extended to property. 2. Is the Proposed SS at the south end of Springfield to be 8" or 6"? 3. Please show sewer connection to Lot 13, Block 6. Can Lot 11 and Lot 12 taps be located near the street and 13 at the rear of 12 in the PUE? 4. Please show water service to Lot 44 as single. 5. Please show the sidewalk along Meadow View as connecting with the sidewalk along Graham. This can be coordinated with our Public Works Dept., which is in the process of constructing Graham at this time. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: March 4, 2002 LAND MANAGEMENT 1. Flowermound Lane will need to be changed to Flowermound Drive to match the Phase 1 plat previously filed. Reviewed by: Melissa Rodgers Date: 3-4-02 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. 2 of 3
