SUBJECT: DUCK HAVEN SUBDIVISION (FP) -Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information by Monday, February 25, 10:00
a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for March 7, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas
Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and,
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate
signatures.
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@ci.college - station.tx.us

SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT for DUCK HAVEN SUBDIVISION PH. 1 (FP)
Item: Discussion and possible action on a FINAL PLAT for DUCK HAVEN
SUBDIVISION PH. 1 (FP), consisting of 40 lots on 52 acres in the City's ETJ
area. (2- 500028)
Applicant: Kling Engineering for Smiling Mallard Development Company
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval with Staff Comments #2.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat on Duck Haven
Subdivision in the City's ETJ, south of Wellborn on FM 2154 (Wellborn Rd). The
Developer is platting 1 -plus acre lots to be served by Wellborn Water System
and OSSF's (on -site sewage facilities). The Final Plat is in accordance with the
approved Preliminary Plat (approved 11/29/01) except as noted in Staff
Comments #2 This includes the single access point for Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block
1 as required.
