The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, February 25, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for March 7, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and, One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate signatures. You will be required to submit a drainage analysis for the site to ensure that drainage to the existing storm sewer system is not being increased. This is a Development Permit requirement. P""3. Please provide estimated water demands. Your meter(s) will be sized by the City in accordance with the estimated demands provided. Please note that the sewer line along a portion of Victoria Avenue is shown as 12" line as per the Master Preliminary Plat for the Subdivision. The line was show on the Preliminary Plat as an 8" line, but I discussed it with Ted Mayo and we agreed it should have been a 12" line. The construction drawings submitted with the Final Plat also show it as a 12" line. I have previously emailed the Autocad file of the plat to Nanette.
