It was decided that this plat could take the form of a minor plat. At issue was the "extension" of utilities, being water in this case. Staff has taken the line that Lot 18 -R can reasonably obtain water by way of the 50' PUE to the east to a water line along Ponderosa Road. Please include a signature block for the City Planner. 2. It was discussed that, if Lot 19 -R wished to have access to Longmire, they must plat an access easement in conjunction with Lot 18 -R. One does not appear on the plat. I will assume from this fact, that they are not wishing to take access from Longmire and will not be granted a curb cut. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: February 18, 2002 ELECTRICAL 1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design. 2. Developer installs street lighting as per city specs and design. 3.
