However it will be necessary to meet the point requirement for the shopping center (point requirement is 4006). At least half of the points required must be made up by canopy trees. Please be aware that if, in the future, you wish to make any alterations to your site, you will need to go through site plan review. Depending on future proposals for parking in the front, screening and streetscaping may be required. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me.
