easy identification as shown (on the original plat, please include the page & volume #).

Subject: Amended plat Longmire /Rock Prairie
This e-mail will serve as confirmation that I am requesting you remove our
site from the planning and zoning meeting agenda scheduled for 2/7/02.
We are requesting removal from the agenda so that the city has an
opportunity to re- advertise our plat submission clearly stating that this
will be a vacation of existing easement and amended plat with new location.
Following is my understanding of the conference call between you, Veronica
Morgan, and me this afternoon:
(1) To have assurance that the existing public access easement does not
remain, we should have recordable documents show VACATING PLAT.
(2) We will submit the 'corrected' documents and submit to the city by 10:00
a.m. Monday 2/11/02 for placement on the 2/21/02 P &Z agenda.
(3) We will submit for site plan review concurrent with the plat submission
activities in an effort to avoid further project delays. City accepts
submissions until 10:00 every Monday.
I still need to know whether the easements of record currently (those that
were recorded after the final plat on record) also need to be shown on the
'VACATING PLAT' document. I believe they do. Will someone be able to give
me that answer by early tomorrow (Wednesday)?
