The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, February 11, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for February 21, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and, One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate signatures. Once the County Judge has given the plat approval, we will file it for record at the Clerks Office. Please include a private drainage easement along the drainage channel in the south corner of Lot 2A. 2. This Plat is considered a Minor Plat. However, final approval and signature will be subject to an updated paid tax certificate. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: February 4, 2002 ELECTRICAL 1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design. 2. Developer installs street lighting as per city specs and design. 3. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes. 4. Developer provides digital of plat and /or site plan for AutoCAD 14. Email to rbolina -ci .college - station.tx.us 5. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed (including street lighting). 6.
