The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, February 11, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for February 21, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Once the County Judge has given the plat approval, we will file it for record at the Clerks Office. Please include a private drainage easement along the drainage channel in the south corner of Lot 2A. 2. This Plat is considered a Minor Plat. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design. 2. Developer installs street lighting as per city specs and design. 3.
