SUBJECT: BCS DEVELOPMENT TRACT (REZ) - Rezoning
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned rezoning as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address all comments and
submit the following information by Monday, April 14, 10:00 a.m., for your project to be placed
on the next available Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) meeting scheduled for May 1, 7:00
p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue:
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised Rezoning Map;
Nineteen (19) 11"x1 T' copies of the revised Rezoning Map;
One (1) copy of the revised Metes and Bounds;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the revised rezoning Metes & Bounds on
diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov.
Please note that if all comments have not been addressed, your project will be not be scheduled
for the P&Z agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all comments have
been addressed and the appropriate re-advertising fees paid.
Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be
accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be
explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans
that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. 1 of 2

Project: BCS DEVELOPMENT TRACT (REZ) - (08-00500035)
PLANNING COMMENTS
1. The application states that the total area being amended is 70.57 acres, but the actual area
of the subject property is 75.07 acres. We will administratively make this adjustment on the
application.
2. Please add the acreage being amended (75.07 acres) to the title block.
3. The application must be signed by the property owner, or a statement from the property
owner indicating that a different applicant may act on his behalf must be submitted with the
application.

ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1
1. Please verify that the proposed area to remain zoned A-0 has approximately the same
acreage as the portion of the property currently designated by land use as Floodplain and
Stream.
2. Please center the proposed area to remain zoned A-0 on the location of the stream existent
on the property according to latest available topographic information.
