Project: Steinmart Site Plan
Note: This submittal will be considered an amendment to the existing site plan.
Case file No. 80-10
1. You will need to install an end island at the end of the 12 spaces, where you
are removing the 9 spaces.
2. The end island that exists at the end of the 6 spaces cannot be removed and
striped. Only the half of the island adjacent to the row of parking that is being
removed can be removed. If the entire island has to be removed it will need
to be replaced to current standards.
3. We will need to see curb detail.

SUBJECT: Steinmart retail store in the Parkway Squ re Center - Site Plan
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information for further staff review:
Three (3) copies of the revised site plan with the appropriate parking
tabulations.
During our review, we identified two existing overhead electrical lines that need to be
covered by a public utility easement. I've included a survey showing the line locations
and an easement- information sheet for your use. Please complete and provide the
information listed on the easement information sheet. We will not hold up the
building permit issuance for these easements. However, the Certificate of
Occupancy will not be issued until the easements are provided and dedicated to
the City. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at
764-3570.

Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. There is one staff comment
that has not been addressed since the first submittal regarding curb details. Please
address the comment and submit the following information for further staff review and
approval of the plans:

Standard curb details can be found in the City of College Station Zoning Ordinance. If
