SUBJECT: Harvey Hillside - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested and has determined that it is
a minor plat. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that
need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following
information for further staff review and filing of the plat:
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
Certified paid tax certificates; and,
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's and County
Judge's signature.

Project: Harvey Hillsides Lot 43 replat
1. We need certified tax certificates.
2. Are there any existing improvements on the property? If yes, then need to be
shown. If no, please indicate that by memo or other means, so that we can
have that information in the file.
3. Doesn't the county require easements along the property lines?
4. Remove the P&Z certificate and replace with a City Planner certificate.
