Submit deeds dating before June of 1970 that verify that the line dividing the lot into two was present prior to the subdivision regulations. V2. Revise the floodplain note to clarify that the property does not lie within the 100-year floodplain per the current FEMA map (Zone X is 500-year). V13. Remove the City Planner Certification (only required on a minor plat). 4. The Electrical Department representative, Jennifer Reeves, does not believe that the aerial electrical line shown on the "original plat" side is indeed an electrical line. It is probably a cable or telephone line. 5. Add a public utility easement across the eastern Park Place frontage to cover 5' on each side of the waterline. /There will be a parkland dedication fee of $457.00 for the additional lot being . created (this could double if the information requested in comment no. 1 does not verify that two lots existed prior to 1970.)
