Proposed Variance: Rear Setback The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the request. The public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
