HomeMy WebLinkAboutMeter and BoundsField Notes 0.26 Acres Being all of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being all of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 Block "G" of COLLEGE VISTA according to the Plat recorded In Volume 126 page 133, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and being described as follows: BEGINNING: at a 1/2" iron pipe found at the north corner of said Lot 1; same being at the Intersection of the southeast right-of-way line of Ash Street and the southwest right-of-way line of Nimitz Street; THENCE: S 37°44'37" E - 112.20 feet along said Nimitz Street line to a 1/2" iron rod set in the common line between said Lot 1 and Lot 10 of the D. A. Smith Subdivision (49/106); THENCE: S 51°46'40" W - 100.00 feet along the common line between said Lots 1 and 2 and said Lot 10 to a 3/8" iron rod found for the south comer of this tract; also being the east corner of the Russell M. Welch 0.20 acre tract (347/373); THENCE: N 37°55' 10" W - 116.97 feet across said Lot 2 along the common line between this tract and said Welch tract to a 1/2" iron rod found for the most northerly common corner of said tracts, same being in Ash Street lone; THENCE: N 54°30'00" E - 100.44 feet along said Ash Street line to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; and containing 0.26 acres of land, more or less, according to a survey made on the ground under the supervision of Donald D. Garrett, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, No. 2972 on February 17, 1997.
