ENGINEERING
1. Why are you configuring Lot 20 in Phase 2A as you are? Can it be configured like
the lot at the corner of Marigold and Bouganvillea? Is the ROW already platted and
filed like this? If not, it can be changed? Resubmitted?
2. Please denote the small strip of land as Reserved Tract, HOA maintained. Or,
change on Phase 2 Plat and resubmit. If so, "13" should be ROW.
3. Your construction documents are being reviewed. However, I can not release the
Phase 3 drawings until the approved variances have been passed.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design.
2. Developer installs street lighting as per city specs and design.
3. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction
purposes.
4. Developer provides digital of plat and/or site plan for AutoCAD 14. Email
to rbolin _ci.college-station.tx.us.
5. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed
(including street lighting).
6. Upon completion of project surveyed sealed meets and bounds
descriptive easements are necessary to release temporary blanket
easement.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional
changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely
new review.
