NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING request for the following property: Applicant: DAVIS YOUNG Subject Property: 1299 ROYAL ADELADE DRIVE (See attached location map.) Proposed Zoning FROM A-O AGRICULTURAL OPEN TO R-I SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, JANUARY 3, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request.
