Project: CASTLEGATE SUBDIVISION SEC 9 (PP)-PRELIMINARY PLAT (1-500242)
THIS IS A STOP REVIEW
Due to the fact that the rezoning of this property will not be considered by the
City Council until December 06, 2001 and due to the fact that the proposed
rezoning is PDD-H which proposes several variances from the City's standard
criteria, a detailed review cannot be made until the rezoning is approved.
ENGINEERING
1. A complete review cannot be performed until the rezoning has been approved.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design.
2. Developer installs conduit for street lighting as per city specs and design.
3. Developer provides temp blanket easement for construction purposes.
4. Developer provides necessary easements for electric lines and street lighting as
installled.
5. Developer provides autoCad 14 version, and email to
Rbolin(aDci. college-station. tx. us.

ENGINEERING
1. Please verify that the common boundary with Section 3, Phase 1 has the same call and
dimensions, etc.
2. Sheet 2: note phantom trail thru middle of lots.
3. Add names of contiguous parcels of land and whether they are platted or not.
