RE: Cursory Review for Rock Prairie Crossing/ Buildings C&D
Mr. Dick Vane:
I received your site plan and your note asking for a preliminary review of Rock
Prairie Crossing Shopping Center of Buildings C & D. I was able to do a quick review
and did not see anything that really stuck out, but please be aware that this is just a
cursory review. You will need to provide a parking legend for the whole shopping center,
because it is all shared parking, and you are altering the parking on buildings C & D. We
will also need square footages of all the buildings. For a full site plan review you will
need to fill out a site plan application and pay a fee, then your site plan will be processed.
There is a 10:00 AM dead line every Monday morning. Projects are assigned on Tuesday
mornings to the planners and Engineers. There is usually a five to seven day turn around
on returned comments.
