Project: ASSOCIATES PARK SUBDIVISION (FP)-FINAL PLAT (1-500252)
ENGINEERING
1. Please change Lot 1, Block 1 Phase II to Lot 1 Block 2.
2. Please delete the word "Proposed" on the Block 1 property and the Block 2
property. Also delete "proposed" on the easements. These easements will become
official with the filing of the plat (15' from street to rear). The other portions of the
easements must be separate instruments. Is there to be no access or parking
easement between the two properties?
3. Concerning your construction drawings on the waterline, it is not our requirement to
use DIP where you show it in your design. Please consider the opportunity to
change this item, if you so desire.
4. Your TXDOT permits will be forwarded. Please apply for a Development Permit
prior to construction.
5. Remove building lines from Final Plat.
6. Please fill out the City easement form for easement consideration by Legal.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design.
2. Developer installs street lighting as per city specs and design.
3. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction
purposes.
4. Developer provides digital of plat and/or site plan for AutoCAD 14. Email
to rbolin c(Dci.college-station.tx.us.
5. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed
(including street lighting).
6. Upon completion of project surveyed sealed meets and bounds
descriptive easements are necessary to release temporary blanket
easement.
