Over the last year, my partner and 1, as well as adjacent property owners in the area, have invested financially to improve the facades of our facilities in an effort to improve Longmire's appearance. My only concern for the proposed project is that it should continue with respect to this trend and not detract from the adjacent buildings. This type of facility normally uses a pre-engineered metal building type structure. If this type of building is used for the project, it should remain consistent with the adjacent architecture, providing a minimum of 25% masonry where visible from Longmire and Ponderosa. Another concern is that this business type often has a storage yard which can become unsightly. If this is the case, then it would be beneficial to the adjacent properties and to the Longmire corridor if this area was screened visually from Longmire and Ponderosa.
