Re: Magnolia Place Revised Irrigation Plan and Copies of Revised Sheets 7 & 10
Dear Bridgette:
Per the PIP requirements for the Magnolia Place Dormitory, the landscape
architect has revised the irrigation plan for this project. The only change on this
sheet from that originally approved is that the sprinkler heads are now moved out
of the public rights-of-way as stated on the PIP application. We would like to get
this sheet approved for construction after which we will return as many bluelines
as you need for your files.
Also attached are two copies of the revised sheets 7 and 10 for the Magnolia Place
Dormitory. These were revised per the City's comments, regarding the open cut
section of University Oaks for the storm sewer. These are being transmitted as
requested by Spencer Thompson. Please call us if you have any questions.

Morning! They are supposed to be water oaks. Are you positive they are live oaks?

Howdy.) noticed the new sidewalk and trees planted along Dominik drive
by the Magnolia dorm project. (apartments)
It looks very nice now with a curvilinear sidewalk and trees planted along both sides of it.But some may be
Live oaks.Aren't they supposed to be planted 30' behind the curb??? It looks attractive now but will be a
maint.
issue in the future.
