City initiated conference center/hotel project with associated corporate head- quarters This area was recently re-examined by the p &Z Commission and the City Council (30/60 corridor plan) due to this City-initiated project. Appropriate changes to the Plan/Comprehensive Plan were made to reflect this changing use. 2.) Indicate whether or not this zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. If it is not, explain why the Plan is incorrect. This zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan.
