Project: WS PHILLIPS (PIP)-PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PERMIT (01-222)
The PIP plan that has been submitted is being reviewed as an amendment to the
original PIP project (file number 00-183).
PLANNING
1. Parking is not allowed in a public right-of-way. Please show the additional parking
spaces as adjacent to those that already exist.
2. Please show curbing and curb detail.
3. Please submit documentation (e.g., deed restriction) or something in writing that
verifies that the additional parking is temporary and will be removed.

1. Since this installation will include vehicles backing into the travel lane traffic control
devices (signing) may be required as determined by the City's Traffic Engineer.

1. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker or
Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device and installed as per City Ordinance
2394.
NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your
next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out
to the City, will constitute a completely new review.

Ordinance 2394.
