On the West Side of your property where the buffer ordinance is required, you are proposing a 2' high berm and 5 gallon shrubs. The total distance of the buffer area is 902.99'; this would require 301 5-gallon shrubs 3 feet high, one every 3 linear feet. Please be aware that the irrigation plan must be approved prior to C.O.
