The words "PRELIMINARY PLAT NOT FOR RECORD" need to be in letters '/2" high., 2. Please identify the bold lines on the vicinity map. 3. Please change the Flood Note to read with the new FIRM, Community Panel No. 8041 C0205D, dated February 9, 2000. If part of this phase is in zone AE, show the ,p~boundary line between zone AE and zone X. Otherwise, delete 'AE' from the note. (V 4. The connection on the Thoroughfare Plan from St. Andrews Drive to Lakeway Drive is dedicated as a minor collector. Because it is a minor collector it needs at least a 60' R.O.W. I'm assuming the southern stub out of Congressional Drive is intended to be that future connection. J" '~6. Please change the temporary roadway easements to be 100' square to meet the requirement of 100' diameter turn around for emergency vehicles. 6. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2. Developer provides 30' of #4 rigid conduit for riser poles. Developer installs first 10'. City installs remainder. 3. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per city specs and design. 4. Developer installs pull boxes as per city specs and design.(pull boxes provided by the city. 5. For approval of the preliminary plat we require a note on the plat to the effect that a Home Owners Association will be responsible for the parkland. The park can be donated to the City in the future determined by the procedures of the Parks Board.
