STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: BRIDLE GATE ESTATES PH 2 (FP)-FINAL PLAT (1-500198)
PLANNING
1. Please be aware that this submittal does not meet minimum requirements and
the review was stopped. Construction documents for Longmire Drive must be
submitted for this application to be considered complete. Since you have discussed
doing a Development Agreement with the City in lieu of constructing Longmire, this
plat will be held until the agreement is finalized. It will be placed back on the docket
at that time. Please also be aware that there is a $200.00 fee associated with
Development Agreement review and approval. Other cost may also be incurred in
the process. Please see the City Development Guide. Please submit the draft
document and fee for review.
