Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information by Monday, September 10 10:00
a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for September 20, 2001, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101
Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and,
One (1) Mylar original of the final plat with the appropriate signatures.

Re: Replat for Gateway Subdivision
Dear Tom:
As per our earlier discussion my client, Frank Mihalopoulos, requests that the
replat for the Gateway Subdivision submitted for the September 20`h Planning and
Zoning Commission be removed from the agenda. There are some details with
regard to property line locations between Lot 1 and Lot 4 of the Gateway
Subdivision that are still unresolved. We appreciate your understanding in this
