The subject is 91,040 SF in size and is located just south of Southwest Parkway and east of Texas Avenue. Access to the subject is via a shared access easement to Southwest Parkway. The size of the subject makes it developable for a number of property uses, including small office or retail/service type use. While it would appear, based on the development currently ongoing in the area, that - a retail/service or office use would appear financially feasible. Of the current allowed uses, there is no other use which appears more feasible for development.
