RE: Castlegate Subdivision - College Station, Texas
Dear Ms. George:
Attached is the revised mylar of the Final Plat for Section 4, Phase 2, of the above
referenced subdivision. The boundary was revised along the future Castlegate Drive
extension so that the right-of-way of Castlegate Drive would be parallel lines on each
side. Also, some of the dimensions were incorrect and these were corrected. Please let
me know if this original can be filed or whether it needs to go through the application
process and to the P&Z commission. The infrastructure construction is about 4 to 5
weeks from being completed.

SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT for CASTLEGATE SUBDIVISION SEC 4 PH 2 (FP)
Item: Discussion and possible action on a FINAL PLAT for CASTLEGATE
SUBDIVISION SEC 4 PH 2 (FP), consisting of 22.94 acres (87 PDD-H single
family lots) located north of Greens Prairie Road and west of Proposed SH 40.

Applicant: JOE SCHULTZ FOR GREENS PRAIRIE INVESTORS, LTD.
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval as submitted.
Item Summary: This is a revision to the final plat approved by the Planning and
Zoning Commission March 1, 2001. The revision is to add two PUE's for
electrical infrastructure as requested by the City and to make minor corrections
to the bearing and distance of three perimeter boundary lines along Castlegate
Drive.
