PLANNING
1. Need to edit the parking legend. The required parking for the convenience store
square footage is16 spaces, which brings your total required spaces for the site to
27.
2. If there is not already irrigation installed where you are relocating your shrubs along
the Wellborn Rd. side of your property, then you will be required to provide an
irrigation plan to the City of College Station Development Services for approval.

ELECTRICAL
1. Existing service for car wash must be relocated by owner /developer. Electric
services cannot go under buildings.
2. Any changes in electric service, contact electric department representative.

1. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker or
Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device and installed as per City Ordinance
2394.
2. All BackFlow devises must be installed and tested upon installation as per City
Ordinance 2394.
