The only development we have comments on this week is Tigerland Express. Our proposed working schematic for FM 2154 shows taking an additional 40' of right of way at this location. The 10 additional parking spaces and landscaping would be included in this take. We can not dictate how Mr. Loveless chooses to develop his property. The take could be 3 years away, could be 6 years, just don't know at this time.
