ENGINEERING
1. Please show directions of metes and bounds in clockwise order.
2. Please be aware that this area is an Impact Fee water line area (99 -01). The current
established fee is $500 per Living Unit Equivalent and will be assessed at the time of
Building Permit.
3. Please be aware that the Final Plat must show a "minimum first floor elevation" for
lots 1 and 2.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs.
2. Developer provides temp. Blanket easement for construction purposes.
3. Developer pours transformer pad per city specs.
4. Developer provides 30' of 4" rigid pipe for riser pole.
5. Developer installs first 10' up riser pole. City installs remaining 20'.

must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
