Project: SHENANDOAH PHASE 7 THRU 10 (PP)- PRELIMINARY PLAT (1- 500148)
PLANNING
1. Please show a street connection from Shenandoah (Phases 8 -10) through the
parkland to the adjacent property to the northeast. Please coordinate this
connection with Development Services Staff and the Parks Department.
2. Please change the name and acreage of this document to reflect it as being a
Master Preliminary Plat of Phases 7 thru 10. Please update the contact information
in the title block.
3. You may proceed with the Final Plat of Phases 7A and 7B utilizing the parkland
currently dedicated. Further plats in Shenandoah will require the remaining
parkland to be dedicated.
4. Lexington Lane needs to be renamed Lexington Loop.
