A dimension was not provided for the sidewalks adjacent to the building. Please ensure that the 2-foot overhang for the parking spaces will not restrict the ADA required clearance of the sidewalks. 2. Please be aware that it will be the responsibility of the restaurant to open the dumpster gates. 3. Irrigation system will need to be installed prior to C/O. Developer install conduit per city specs and design. 2. Developer is responsible for the installation of service from transformer to building. Metering will be on the transformer. The city electric division will make up the service connection in the transformer. 3. Developer pours transformer pad per city spec. 4. Outside disconnect required. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker or Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device and installed as per City Ordinance 2394. 2. All BackFlow devises must be installed and tested upon installation as per City Ordinance 2394. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
