Project: CASTLEGATE SUB SEC 2 PH 2 (FP)-FINAL PLAT (1-500154)
PLANNING
1. Final Plat as submitted is acceptable. We need to insure that the City's Impact Fee
Sanitary Sewer Line is accurately located (on-the-ground) for accurate easement
definition.

1. Construction document review is ongoing-project completion by 7/18/01.

1. Developer installs conduit as per city spec.
2. Developer installs street lighting as per city specs.
3. Developer provides temp. Blanket easement for construction purposes.
4. Developer provides necessary easements for electric lines as installed.
5. Developer provides street light PUE as per design.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker or
Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device and installed as per City Ordinance
2394.
2. All BackFlow devises must be installed and tested upon installation as per City
Ordinance 2394.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
