ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2- 4" gray schedule 40 pvc
install 48" below finished grade form power pole to transformer location and from
transformer to property line for future loop feed.
2. Developer installs service conduit from transformer to building per city spec and
design. (4" gray schedule 40 pvc, number of conduit will be determined when we
receive load information.
3. Developer pours transformer pad as per city specs.
4. Easement will be required for all electric infrastructure as installed. Provide a
temporary blanket easement for construction purposes and upon completion of
project provide meet and bound descriptive easement to release temporary
easement. City of College Station legal dept will prepare all legal documents for
easement once necessary paper work is provided by developer. Signed temporary
easement must be on file before electric service can be turned on.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker or
Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device and installed as per City Ordinance
2394.
2. All BackFlow devises must be installed and tested upon installation as per City
Ordinance 2394.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
