PLANNING
1. The Applicant has not met the minimum submittal requirements for a Final Plat.
Paid tax certificates are required with the plat application. Therefore, this application
is not accepted. Please resubmit and include all required materials.

ENGINEERING
I am still reviewing your construction drawings.
1. Please include a tee on the water line to coordinate with a line in Westfield Phase 3
on the west side of Plano Street.
2. Please submit a Drainage Report for this development demonstrating how th storm
sewer was designed.
3. Please show the 10-year and 100-year HGL on the storm sewer. The 10-year storm
must be contained in the piping system. The 100-year must be contained in the
ROW.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer is responsible for the installation of all conduit per city design and
requirements.
2. Developer is responsible for the installation of streetlighting per city design and
requirements.
3. Coordinate the location of necessary easements with the electrical division
personnel to cover all electric infrastructure as installed on site.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
