January of this year St. Mary's came before the NRB , they Had proposed a 10 x 16 portable building at the northwest corner of Church and Stasney. They had proposed landscaping to help with screening. At this time the board did not feel that this type of screening was acceptable. NRB member Benning had made the motion to table the request until the applicant could find out the cost of screening options with either a brick wall, or masonry columns with a wooden fence, and landscaping. The item was tabled and the board encouraged the applicant to submit several different screening options to be considered at their next meeting. St. Mary's is here today proposing 10 x 14 portable building @ the southwest corner of Church and Stasney, which would be screened by a recently constructed 7' wooden fence, which needs to be reviewed by the board as well. i i i r 22 lG 9 \ T 23 s c J <t ~4 3 27 10 2 ti - 2 7SO5 I1 \ \ J° 9 12 18 13 \ WSJ J / 1 18 6 0 11 14 ~'O ♦ ° 6 17 7 1615 2 1 ~cF ♦ b 1 a q` 4 X ~ 9 J ~ 13 11 ~°e 5 ° ♦ 1 24 2,3 . 1 1 e°° 7 v s 25 ~oS g' 22 13 a°~ 8 9 T100,4 ♦ AS 26 21 1514°° 10 g~ 20 16 5'° 11 ~s 8 v 1,19 18 1312 8 41 T100.5 llb 14 01 0 13 A 15 C p 69 8 14 15 % 16 1~° T600.1 ♦ ~O 8 11 7 16 ~ ~ sro 7 12l J.'' 06 5 1718 D2 E 6 5 4 9 13 14 4 19 T600, s~ 3 a 8 15 . 3 2 2Q 11 g~~ 1 4 / r° °7 6 G~1617 8 9 \ x400 I f~ 3 5 18~ 7 10~ 2 '4 1920 6 I1~ T300 gl 1 91 3 2 7 13 ~ Too 1112 ~ I 7~ ,erg, `be 14 ~~X ~,a 6 J ys ~ 76 13 s 8 ~ ~~_2 1 X 5~~ 4 6 0°~45 6 5 4 9 141516 ~6: 5 ~O~ 9 l0A °P E ° X° 1 < 2 2 g 3 E\ 17 2 r 4~1 5 ~1 r 8 1 1 ' ~~2 1 E E 3 s a9 4 3 5`~ ' I ~ 11 g20 S°~ I 2 0 2 1 ~~g 151617 7 6 5 1 14;5 11 2122 ~ 1 s s 1112 18 ~ 3 6 J9 24°s < j e' / 314 ~212L 2 7 - I1 6 2526 2 %,p 2019 2324 ° 6 5 2124 181716625 27 12 10 2 ~s? ~43-293 ~ ~ 151 9 ~ ~ ~ 9 2 1 2'3 &XK 6-7 20 8 C-2 111 I1 14 4 J2 ~ 4 ~ 10 15 1 ~ ~ . ~ / g 8 1718 51,~~~ 1 ` n 2. ° q 13 ~0~ \ g 1617 ° oy 32 ~°°45., ~j „ J/' ~ r 8 0 / %6 19 21' 4t 'r6 F 3 22 j 1 i~ Sr i t 2 s, 21, \i r'
