SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT for NANTUCKET COVE BLK 1 LOTS 2,3,4 (FP)
Item: Discussion and possible action on a VACATING and FINAL PLAT for
NANTUCKET COVE BLK 1 LOTS 2,3,4 (FP) (1-500165).
Applicant: KERR SURVEYING
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval. The Commission has
final authority over the final plat. The options regarding the plat are approval as
submitted, denial with specific reason, defer action or table only at the applicant's
request.
Item Summary: The purpose of this plat is to combine the existing Lot 2 and 3
into a proposed Lot 2R. The lots are located on Andover Court at the end of
Nantucket Drive, west of State Highway 6, off the service road, south of Greens
Prairie Road. Nantucket subdivision is single family residential of low density. It
is outside the city limits but in the ETJ. The only change in Lot 4 is a proposed
20' Private Access Easement along the back of the lot which is a continuation of
the same access easement along the east boundary of the proposed Lot 2R.

I am needing to start the process for filing all the final plats from this past Thursday's canceled meeting.
They are:
Edelweiss Gartens Phase 1
IV
Nantucket Cove block 1, lots 2, 3 & 4
Westfield Addition Phase 3
Castlegate Section 3 Phase 2
NONE of the mylars are in the drawer. If you are involved in any of these plats let me know if you have it
or I need to call the engineer. I would like to have them all together before I call Rick Floyd to come sign
them. Thanks.
