1. Preliminary Plat
• Title Block- show as Lot 1 Block 1 ; add engineer's scale
• Add ownership, title of subdivision if applicable and zoning of adjacent
property.
• Add primary horizontal control point.
• Pipelines carrying flammable gas or fuel- show size, design pressure, and
product.
• Show sizes of existing drainage structures; show proposed storm sewers
and detention pond.
• Label size of existing sanitary sewer.
• Vicinity map- Marsh Blvd or Lakeway Drive?
• FYI- impact fees of $349.55 per living unit equivalent will be due at time of
issuance of the building permit.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer needs to add 20' PUE along north property line to cover proposed
electric infrastructure. ( Per conversation with developer on May 30, 2001 )

"bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not
