PUBLIC WORKS
1. If any landscape materials within or near the city easements or right of way are not
properly maintained by the applicant, the City of College Station reserves the right to
remove these materials that constitute a sight distance hazard for vehicles and
pedestrians, as well as a sight distance obstruction to any official traffic control
device. Furthermore, the City of College Station is not responsible for the costs
associated with replacing these materials.
2. The applicant is responsible for the costs (materials and labor) associated with re-
locating any official traffic control device. Any device to be relocated, as well as the
proposed new location, must be approved by the City Traffic Engineer.
3. The applicant is responsible for the costs (materials and labor) associated with the
relocation and/or repair of any electrical conduit or other public utilities that becomes
damaged during the construction and maintenance of any landscape materials
within the city easements or right of way.
4. The applicant (and any of its maintenance staff and contractors) shall hold harmless
the City of College Station for any injuries incurred while constructing and
maintaining any landscape materials within city easements or right of way.
