Please submit the following information by Monday, May 28, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for June 7, 2001, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.
