SUBJECT: Castlegate Subdivision, Section 2, Phase 1- Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested and has no comments. Please
submit the following information by Monday, May 28, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next
available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for June 7, 2001, 7:00 p.m. in
the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval as submitted.
Item Summary: This is a revision to the final plat approved by the Planning and
Zoning Commission on January 4, 2001. The revision is to add public utility
easements as requested by the City's electrical department.
