P&M Bank will be providing and agreement letter from the property owner of the Herritage Apartments in reference to the entrance connection; 2. Proposed fire hydrant is labeled on Site Plan (see Sheet C 1); 3. All electrical is shown on the attached electrical site plan (see Sheet E1.1), which Tony Michalsky has reviewed and is satisfied with; 4. See site plan note #5 on sheet C1; 5. No ramp will be constructed at this location; 6. Please find attached all referenced architectural plan (sheets Al. 1, 1.2, 1.3, & 7.1); 7. Dumpster pad has been revised as required without gates (see Sheet C 1); 8. As discussed, these trees are in poor condition or dead; 9. The canopy tree schedule has been revised to reflect the landscape plan (see Sheet L1); 10. Same as note #9, but the live oaks have been changed to be red oaks; 11. Done (see Sheet L 1); 12. Bradford Pears revised as "non-canopy trees" at 40 points each; 13. Done (see Sheet L 1); 14. Done (see Sheet L 1); 15. As discussed, we have increased the intensity of canopy and non-canopy trees to provide a green barrier "screening" so that parking will be less viewable along Southwest Parkway at locations mentioned; (see Sheet L1) 16. We have opted to go with the public line as shown. The plans call for a drop connection at the manhole and the COCS Standard Details are included in the plan set. Revised in drainage report; 3. See volume-stage table in drainage report as we discussed; 4. Mr. Jim Florence is obtaining the agreement letter from the owner of the adjacent tract. It is expected to be submitted sometime next week and directed to your attention. 2. The gates on the dumpster have been removed on all civil plans and the detail revised on sheet A 1.3 (see attached). Engineering: Spencer Thompson 1. As discussed, we will be providing a temporary blanket easement for construction and then define all proposed public utilities constructed with metes and bounds prior to C.O. The easement dedication sheet will be submitted with the appurtenant documents early next week. 2. Manhole S-1 on Sheet C5 has been detected and replaced with a standard cleanout. Therefore, the 4" private line will tie into the public 6" sewer just downstream of the cleanout. 3. Revised as show on Sheet C2. 4. Typo has been corrected in both plan and profile to show an 8" X 8" (MJ) Tapping Valve and Sleeve. Additional Revisions: 1. Typo on benchmark #3 elevation revised from 285.22 to 282.45 (see Sheets CO, C2, C3 & C5). 2. For building purposes two on-site plumbing changes were made to Sheet Cl: 00076 1 -c.06-cd 1(3357) a. Two double-stacked cleanouts were placed on the 4" private sewer line approximately 15 L.F. upstream of the cleanout and also near the building. b. In order to provide for a backflow preventor, the 1 ''/z" cold water line was rerouted to enter the building at the southeast corner (Janitors closet). Please call me if you have any questions.
