We have also attached a copy of your comments and referred changes to appropriate sheets. All drawings have been resealed and dated as of June 5, 2001. We made a few minor changes to adjust the overall site plan, and have "bubbled" such changes on sheet "LANDS" (Landscaping Sheet): 1) North future driveway was moved west to align with west parking area 18 thru 23. 2) East future driveway was moved south to align with 24'-0' Landscaping set backline. 3) Southwest parking 24-29 was adjusted to avoid GTE underground access box. 4) Added 510 sq. ft. of addition paving area at southwest corner to facilitate traffic around fuel canopy. No effect to proposed drainage. 5) Building areas for retail "A", "B", "C" were finalized and adjusted to correspond with actual floor plan documents. Building total area grew a small amount, not affecting our parking requirements. Otherwise, we feel we are pretty much there. Thank you for your efforts. Please concentrate on the plat submission. File notes indicate that requirements for traffic control signs were discussed with the applicant in November before the application was processed.
