Development Review Manager SUBJECT: Parkway Plaza, Phase 6 Knal Plat Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, April 23, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for May 3, 2001, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature. SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT for PARKWAY PLAZA PH 6 (FP) Item: Discussion and possible action on a FINAL PLAT for PARKWAY PLAZA PH 6 (FP), consisting of 4.4 acres at the northwest corner of Texas Avenue and Brentwood. (1-500087) Applicant: Kerr Surveying Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval as submitted. Item Summary: This is an ammending plat. The property owners are removing Lot 2R, increasing the size of Lot 1 R and decreasing the size of Lot 3R. A PUE and private access easement are also being dedicated with this plat. A Walgreen store is planned for the property. Comprehensive Plan Considerations: Lot 1 R has already dedicated a portion of land to TXDOT for the Texas Avenue widening project. This is noted on the plat. The other property owners will dedicate at a later date. The site plan will accommodate the future ROW dedication. Budgetary & Financial Summary: N/A Attachments: 1.
