Per our meeting Monday, April 16, issues are pending your communication with the City of College Station Sanitation Department. In regards to your phasing request, a revision could be submitted showing your phase line separating phase 1 and 2 on the present final plat as is. A separate phase 1 plat/mylar and a separate phase 2 plat/mylar must be submitted and approved in order to be filed. It is all right to `ghost in' phase 2. For the May 3`d P&Z meeting, submittals must be received on April 23`d 2. Construction will occur in TxDOT ROW with your access drive onto Harvey Road. Therefore, please send two copies of a completed `Permit to Construct Access Driveway Facilities on Highway Right of Way' (TXDOT Form 1058) along with three additional copies of your Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (which depicts the access) so we can forward for approval to TXDOT. 3. Because the construction area is greater than 5 acres, a copy of your processed EPA Notice of Intent (NOI) must be sent to us prior to issuance of a development permit. Reviewed by: Thomas V.
