PLANNING
1. In the title block, please add that the master preliminary plat is for phases 2 and 3.
2. Please remove Phase 1 acreage from the title block if it has not been removed
already.
3. Please show the size of the pipeline, design pressure, and product transported
through the line.
4. According to the Subdivision Regulations, the minimum lot width on an urban rural
street is 100 feet. Lot 23 does not meet this minimum. You may adjust the
preliminary plat to insure the minimum width is met for all lots, or you may write the
Planning and Zoning Commission a letter asking for a variance.

ENGINEERING
1. Please include a drainage easement as per Section 1241 of the Subdivision
Regulations; Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances on the east side of the
subdivision.
